Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription & Lead Credits Policy

Teacherparent.in offers subscription plans and premium lead packages for tutors and parents.

• All subscription fees and lead unlocks are generally non-refundable once activated or accessed.
• Free trial subscriptions auto-cancel at the end of the trial period unless explicitly renewed.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund or lead credit replacement may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions caused by technical payment gateway errors.
• Verified invalid contact details in unlocked premium lead leads within 48 hours of unlock.
• Service unavailability resulting from prolonged server outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or lead credit replacement, please submit a ticket via our Grievance Portal or email support@teacherparent.in within 7 days of the transaction date.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
