TeacherParent.in acts as an intermediary platform and does not control interactions between Users.
β’ The Platform is not responsible for disputes arising from direct TeacherβParent interactions
β’ The Platform does not guarantee resolution of disputes between users
β’ However, the Platform may review complaints and take appropriate action as deemed necessary

Based on the nature of the complaint, the Platform reserves the right to:

β’ Investigate the matter
β’ Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
β’ Remove or modify content
β’ Take any other appropriate action under Platform policies

Submission of false, frivolous, misleading, or malicious complaints may result in:
β’ Rejection of the grievance
β’ Restriction or action against the complainant's account
